Once registered for our trials, the fees paid are strictly non-refundable unless the trials are canceled.
In the event of trial cancellation, a full refund of the registration fee will be initiated. The refund process will begin within 10-15 working days, and the credited amount will appear in your account within 7-10 business days post-processing.
Participants unable to attend their originally selected trial date or location may choose to reschedule to a different date or location, subject to availability.
